Alhamdulillah, we are in the 36th school year at MCMC.

We have a highly educated, talented, dedicated and hard working principals, teachers, teacher assistants, and administrators at MCMC Darul Ihsaan (A Tarbiyah Program).

Your children’s are in good hands. We also have a hands full of volunteers to provide the help and support to our Students, Teachers, Principals and Administrators.

Alhamdulillah, we have a team of 40+ staff members working for Darul Ihsaan which includes principals, teachers, teacher assistants, administrators and volunteers.

Principal: Naureen Khan

Alhamdulillah, Sr. Naureen Khan is well known in the community. Beginning from the school year 2021, she is the principal for Darul Ihsaan middle and high school (Grade 6 to Grade 12). She has 15+ years of experience in teaching Al-Qur’an with rules and tajweed, and possess a strong qualification and knowledge on Islamic Studies, Seerah and Fiqh. She has been working for Darul Ihsaan since september 2017 as Senior Qur’an teacher and teaching Al-Qur’an to higher level students. She helped weak students on one to one basis to help them improve their Qur’an learning with rules and tajweed. She also conduct tafseer classes for sisters.

She review and design the curriculum for all higher grades and conducts teacher training. She is also highly involved in other education programs for sisters in the community. She works closely with adults & youths, connects with youths very well, creates the bonding, encourage and motivates the qualified individual to teach or volunteer as assistant teacher in Darul Ihsaan. She is the inspiration to all the youth sisters in our community. MashaAllah, She is a great volunteer and very dedicated and hardworking person who fulfills her responsibilities diligently and professionally.

Principal: Tahira Mirza

Alhamdulillah, Sr. Tahira Mirza is another well known person in our community. Beginning from the school year 2017, she is the principal for Darul Ihsaan Elementary school (Pre-K, KG, Grade 1 to Grade 5). She has been the senior teacher and also worked as administrator in our Saturday Islamic school for 5 years before taking the role as Principal of Darul Ihsaan. She has been working for Darul Ihsaan since 2017 as principal of elementary school and managing the staff of 25 people teaching 200 students in Pre-K to Grade 5.

She review and design the curriculum for pre-school and elementary school. She provides guidance and training to young teachers and a great mentor to all the young staff members and volunteers. She has 10 years of experience teaching Islamic Studies, Seerah, and Qur’an to lower grade students and successfully completed 5 years working as Principal. She also does a fulltime corporate job during weekdays and volunteer on Sundays as Principal of MCMC Darul Ihsaan. MashaAllah, She is very dedicated and hardworking person who fulfills her responsibilities diligently and professionally.

Pre-K Teachers: Sr. Salma Mahmood, Sr. Zoya Akhtar

KG Teachers: Sr. Afifa Syed

Quran teachers from AnNoor Academy and other famous institutions. All Qur’an teachers are supported by qualified assistants in each Qur’an class.

Islamic Studies/Seerah Teachers: We have added more staff to handle the increase in number of students from last five years. Well qualified subject teachers with previous teaching experience and certifications with sound Islamic knowledge and background.
